Oxidized Sterling Silver Ring Mounting, 18x13mm Oval Stone Bezel

This sterling silver ring mounting holds one 18 x 13mm oval cabochon or other flat-back stone or crystal. Its band is tapered, making it comfortable to wear.
The ring is oxidized to enhance the details. Use traditional setting techniques to set the stone in the mounting. Place your stone in the bezel and push the walls inward over the stone, holding it in place. For added security, if desired, place a drop or two of jeweler's epoxy along the rim before placing the stone.
