Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday–Friday. Due to high order volume, your order may not ship same day. USPS Priority and UPS shipments ship within 1-3 business days. Economy mail will ship within 3- 5 business days.

Transit time does not include the day an order is placed, holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. To expedite processing and delivery, your order may arrive in multiple boxes under a master tracking number.

The tracking number (if available) will be shown for each "shipped" order. Use this number to check with the carrier on the status of your order.

Please note: Packages shipped by Economy Mail can take 10 or more business days to arrive. If your tracking information shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, contact your local post office with the tracking number to inquire about it.

Free shipping applies to all eligible domestic orders over $50.00.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS First Class.

Customers that cannot receive packages from UPS Ground will not be eligible for free shipping.
