Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

U.S. Returns
We stand by our products with a free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it within 7 business days for refund, less shipping costs.
For any issues regarding your orders, please contact us within 7 business day's of delivery.
We will handle your return within 2-3 business days of receiving it. Once the return is processed, we'll send you an email with the amount being refunded. Refunds typically take 2–3 business days after a return is processed.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Special-order items
- Partially-used packages
- Items postmarked outside the accepted date range
- Physically altered items
- Custom-made items
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 7-day warranty period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.
Pre-paid return labels are not offered unless item was damaged or wrong item shipped. Please send returns with the order/invoice number to:

US Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to States eligible unless your Sales Tax-exempt number is on file with us.
